The 2 guys got it all done with no problems, and worked safe and with good quality skill. They worked well together to find a clear of ceiling boards open area to install the 3 new lights. So now I have much brighter and better looking kitchen area lights, thanks for the good work.

From start to finish, dealing with Switch electric was easy, professional and helpful. Joe answered right away and didn’t hesitate to walk us through what we was needed to complete the job. The services went very well. The servicemen were very prompt, friendly, very knowledgeable, explained what the situation was, and cleaned up after the work was finished. Overall, they did an excellent job and would recommend them!

Total time was about 5-6 hours. They had to pull new wiring from across the street to the house, and install a new post for a new ground. Installing the breaker box was straightfoward, and they very quickly organized the existing house wiring into the box with labels. While they were in the attic, they offered to handle a couple existing issues, including installing a bathroom fan and repairing a light fixture.

Yesterday, Daniel Osborne installed an interlock connection for our new portable generator. Over the years we have come to expect 5-star performance from Switch Electric and this latest experience definitely followed that pattern. Tyler Keezer, the owner of Switch, has populated his company with quality professionals throughout and Daniel is an outstanding example. He is very bright and approaches his tasks with a confidence and efficiency that is only acquired through experienced-based knowledge. Daniel’s competence is coupled with a quiet, personable manner that makes him a pleasure to interact with. When he works a project for us it is liking having a friend who is also an excellent electrician. Indeed, for Switch Electric, “a friend in the electrical business” is not a cliché. It truly is that kind of company.

Bryan and Johan arrived on time today and were very professional. The problem with our broken circuit wasn't immediately obvious but they kept at it and found/fixed the problem. They took time to explain the problem and the fix so I understood what had happened (they were also very patient with all of my questions). We're very happy with their service and wouldn't hesitate to call Switch again!

I contacted Joe at Switch Electric on a Friday afternoon and while he had a busy schedule, he came to our house the next day, Saturday. He had to drive from Seattle, while we live in Bellevue and had to head back to Everett. He was punctual, professional, very friendly and troubleshoot our problem in 15 minutes. We highly recommend him!

They are good. I gave them "B" on Professionalism because they would not answer a question. If I get the same electrician that I used before then I would use them again.

Best decision I made during my remodel was to talk with Joe from Switch Electric at 8pm the night before I signed with another company. This was for the knob-and-tube rewiring of a 90-year-old, 3-story house in Seattle -- including adding a garage subpanel for car charging. He and his team brought the same level of service and quality and "swarm of white vans" as the other premium Seattle companies. But at *10% less price*. [which is a lot on a $35K project; it paid for half the bathroom remodel] All in, I'd highly recommend Switch. OTHER DETAILS... Speed: Brought 6 electricians to finish the bulk of work in 4 days to get power back on. Responsiveness: Usually responded to texts and calls within minutes. Thinking Ahead: Joe gave a lot of advice on what I *should* do on the re-wiring, not just what he minimally had to do, including swapping to Ring doorbell, rearranging order of switches to match traffic, 40A instead of 30A for future heat pump, outlet in bath for future washer/dryer, etc. Not Talking Down To: As a non-traditional remodeler, I sometimes feel contractors are talking down to me; never the case with Joe and his team... even when I got a few of the details wrong. Easy Paperwork: Very digital. Estimates, contractors, invoices, and payment by credit card are all online. Solid Cleaning: their person came in late at night to have place ready for next contractors. ONE CON There were definitely a couple minor "punch list" items the first week, e.g. a defective Siemens circuit kept tripping refrigerator and had to be swapped. Nothing major, and the team did come back twice to take care of it. But they made me whole, and for a major rewiring, I think this is pretty standard.

This is my second time using Switch Electric and I am extremely satisfied. Colby and Seth were very professional and did a wonderful job installing the exhaust fans. I will continue to use Switch Electric permanently and I highly recommend them. Great job!

Extremely well! The new fan is Ultra Quiet - as advertised. The installer arrived on time and was most professional. He had to climb into the attic to install the new fan in the bathroom below. He left the bathroom and entry to the attic spotless - I had no clean up to do at all. I was delighted with the whole experience.

Our old panel was maxed out and we were in need of a new panel, upgraded outlets, and some new lighting in our garage. Switch installed a new panel and upgraded the lighting in several rooms. They were very professional and friendly. The work was top-notch, and they were very detailed in their explanations. I would recommend them highly. Alex, Joe, and Johannes were great!

Switch Elec. did a great job troubleshooting, and upgrading service access and breaker panels. Joe communicated well, and with the crew set me up to connect a generator, a guest house, and later solar panels to the main. Very pleased, will definitely hire again.

Switch Electric just finished the installation of my solar power panel system and electrical upgrade. We had a full panel array installed at our house. We spoke with at least five other companies and selected Switch Electric, mainly because of their expertise, and their pricing was reasonable. Jeremy and Brett were the two main people who I worked with during the entire project. They were very efficient, and they completed the project in time and under budget, which was a really nice surprise. I was very happy about that. Jeremy was patient with all of my questions, as I had a lot, since solar power is very new to me. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. You can tell and he explained to me that he has been through this process plenty of times and knew exactly what the process is as far as getting the solar panels installed including taking advantage of all the tax incentives and power production incentives and working through the city inspection process. Their entire team took care of everything, including all of the necessary paperwork for the building permit and solar power incentives. I would highly recommend that you talk with Switch Electric for your solar panel install and electrical need you have.

Switch Electric has done an fantastic job on my home rewire. The team lead by Joe were very professional and respectful of my home. I am very pleased with the workmanship and attention to details. A great job in following up on questions that I had. Besides Joseph who is awesome, I wish to mention Chis and Brian who really stood out. I highly recommend Switch Electric! We needed some outlets removed before we could proceed on a window installation project. Switch changed their schedule to accommodate our need so we could stay on schedule. In addition, they made recommendations for how to address other needed repairs and we are happy with the results. Joseph is awesome! He is professional, responsive and fun to work with. My house had knob and tube wiring on the first floor, to bring the house back to current standard, we decided to redo all the electrical wiring. Joseph and his team completed the project in 2 days with minimal damage to the plaster wall. They are very through with their work. They even corrected some of the work from the previous owner (i.e. staple loose electrical wire in basement) and pointed out part of the floor joist was missing. Thanks to them, I got the floor joist taken care of before any structural damage happens! He also suggested ways for me to save money on the project (for example, use wireless interconnect smoke detector instead of wired ones). The inspector did not find any issue with their work. Job well done!

Dan Osborne, Switch's electrician, did a very good job of installing the new bathroom fans and outdoor receptacles. He was always professional, punctual, efficient, neat, pleasant and polite. I also appreciated that he always remembered to remove his shoes before walking through the house. The new Panasonic bathroom fans are definitely an improvement over the existing fans. They are not nearly as noisy. While the new fans seem more powerful than the old ones, I wish they were even more so. I should have inquired about the possibility of installing much stronger fans . But that was my mistake. I am completely satisfied with the performance of Switch's staff including the estimator, office personnel and the electrician, Dan. I would highly recommend hiring Switch Electric for any electrical work. As an Angie's List member, I was able to use a 10% discount coupon that was offered on-line and saved about $150.00.
