 + -1 moreTHE VACCUM WORKS LIKE NEW! VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY NEEDED TO WAIT FOR A PART THAT WAS SHIPPED FROM CANADA, BUT AS SOON AS THE PART ARRIVED THE VACUUM WAS WORKED ON AND RETURNED AND RE-INSTALLED VERY QUICKLY.
Description of Work: OUR WHOLE HOUSE VACUUM CLEANER STILL UNDER WARRENTY STOPPED WORKING. AFTER CONTACTING THE MANUFACTOR, THEY REFERED US TO STITCH N SWEEP. REPLACED THE BUSHINGS.

 + -1 moreVACUUM WAS TAKEN TO THE REPAIR SITE THREE TIMES. THE FIRST TIME THE BELTS WERE CHECKED, BAG REPLACED. THE SECOND TIME,(ONE WEEK LATER) THE SAME THING. THE THIRD TIME, THE AGITATOR BRUSH ROLLER WAS REPLACED. ALL THREE SERVICES DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEMS OF THE AGITATOR BRUSH NOT TURNING. I CALLED THE MANUFACTURER, THEY TOLD ME TO REPLACE THE V-BELT, OF WHICH THEY SENT ME FOR $6. I REPLACED THE BELT AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT USING THIS VACUUM REPAIR STORE.
Description of Work: VACUUM REPAIR. SUPPOSE TO FIX THE AGITATOR BRUSH ROLL AND CHECK THE VACUUM BELTS.
