They did a good job, but I think he could have did a little more because sometimes the dishes are not as clean as I would like. They were on time though and the price was reasonable, so I would hire them again.

I KNOW THAT BOB, HIMSELF, WAS THE ONE WHO CAME AND DID THE WORK FOR ME. HE WAS VERY PROMPT AND HE HAD THE PARTS THERE WITH HIM, SO HE COULD FIX IT RIGHT AWAY.

BOB'S MOBILE APPLIANCE REPAIR IS BY FAR THE MOST HONEST REPAIR MAN OUT THERE. HE IS IN THE BUSINESS OF REPAIRING APPLIANCES AND IF IT'S TOO FAR GONE HE WILL TELL YOU THE TRUTH. HIS PRICES ARE FAIR AND HE IS VERY WELL KNOWN IN THIS AREA AS THE MAN TO CALL.

THIS WAS FIRST TIME CALL FROM STEVE'S APPLIANCE; HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN DETERMINING THAT OLD DRYER NOT WORTH EXPENSE OF FIXING AND ASSISTED WITH REMOVAL OF OLD. I WILL DEFINITELY HAVE HIM BACK IN THE FUTURE!

STEVE HAS AN EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE BASE OF DIFFERENT APPLIANCES. HE IS ALMOST ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO COME ON THE DAY YOU CALL OR THE NEXT DAY AT LATEST. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT WHEN YOU ARE A MOM RELYING ON THAT REFRIGERATOR OR WASHING MACHINE. HE MADE ME UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS FIXING, SO I WOULD HAVE A BETTER KNOWLEDGE BASE FOR FUTURE PROBLEMS.
