Things are literally sparkling. I didn't even know how much the house needed that deep of a clean until I saw it after they were done. Initial cleaning was more than I hoped it would be (but two ladies cleaned for 5 hours!) BUT now we have a fresh start and repeat cleaning will hopefully be less $. They were very helpful, professional, and really got into every spot I wouldn't think to clean.

They did an excellent job on the carpet upstairs. The one in the basement didn't get as clean as we'd hoped but it was quite dirty with pet stains to start with. Also the first truck they brought over broke down so we had to wait a bit for a replacement ruck but during all of that time they were very professional and explained everything they were doing.

The work was excellent. However, I was quoted $25/hr per person (very top of my budget as I find this pricey), so, $50/hr for two people. The first job she quoted at 7-8 hrs... to be expected. The next times were all 3 hours.. so I paid $150 per time. Then, one day, the team was there 3 hours, and she asked for more money. I said they were only there 3 hours, but she said 'we did more'. We went around about this, as paying hourly is paying hourly, and that had not changed after several months. She also did this to a friend of mine. Finally, the last time, she told me AFTER the cleaning, when I went to write the check, it was now $30/hr per person. I was shocked and when I asked why, she told me she had told me. I know for a fact she did not tell me, as all our communications are via text. She also told me at this time, she raised all her clients rates, which I know is not true. New clients are apparently $35hr per person. I'm not sure why her rates are all over the map as, after the first person I referred and she quoted a higher rate, I never knew what to tell people she cost. However, I was very clear in the first appointment to get the quote on the table, of $25/hr. I also let her bring her grandaughter to my house twice during a cleaning, when they could not find a babysitter, but did not get charged less. So, it's too bad, because they do a great job. However, the consistent money miscommunication, and then the 20% cost increase without telling me before they did the service, finally became unacceptable.

First, they were 20 minutes late. In 4 person-hours of work, the bathrooms were cleaned, albeit not completely (they didn't do a good job getting the floor behind the toilets), the hardwood floors downstairs seem to have been vacuumed (??), but not mopped, and the only vacuumed carpeting was the master bedroom. They didn't vacuum either of the other two bedrooms, or the hallway, or the stairs. When I got home from running an errand, they were vacuuming the laundry room floor for some reason, they didn't have sufficient supplies to do the job (they asked me to provide paper towels), and despite being told where the garbage can in the garage was, they left a bag of garbage on my front porch. When we discussed the job they did, they then made a point of mentioning they "spent extra time". I could have done it myself in 4 person-hours, and I'm not a professional. They didn't get it all done (while other services have) and what they did get done was done with mediocrity.

Leticia has been cleaning my home since we moved from Texas. She and her partner are amazing! They are super friendly, sweet to my children, hard working, prompt with replies, and offer a fair price. Outstanding! Lettie and her team were great. They exceeded my expectations. Very thorough. Very pleasant. An eye for the details. The house sparkled each time the team cleaned my house. My new housekeeper does a good job cleaning but I notice the difference of an acceptable job to the exceptional service provided by Sparkling Clean.

We have had maids many times, and it usually takes 4 hours to clean the house, so we ordered the four hour package. When the four hours was up, they were not quite done, and told me they needed a little more time to finish. I thought this meant another 30 minutes or something and agreed to it, even asking if she meant it would be another $30-40 dollars or something and I thought she agreed with me but evidently she meant I had to buy another 4 hour chunk, which I absolutely would not have done if she had told me clearly this was the case. So I ended up paying for 8 hours of cleaning, when I only wanted 4. The cleaning was done very well (should be with that amount of time).

The first time that they came, they cleaned the upstairs of our house. They broke something of mine and did not say anything to me about. Very annoyed with this. Didn't care it broke, just cared about not being notified. She came and apologized on Thursday, which was great, and I made an appt. for today to come finish the house. This morning I was told that she would not come clean my house if I wasn't going to be there! She knew I wasn't going to be home when I made the appt. I am upset because now I have to find someone else and I have already been waiting over a week for my house to be cleaned by Sparkling Clean. My 1st appt. she was supposed to come at 9:30am and decided not to come until 2:30pm. My house should have been done that day!

About that I was late I asked you if you would be in your house because I wanted That you were there, you told me that usually, you arrived at 2:30 pm/3pm and you agreed to that schedule. I made the decision not to do your house because you told me that you could not be arriving at 5pm For me it's too late you mention ok for tomorrow I can not tell you I do not think I can make your home if you're going to be then you were going to look for someone else I said it's okay, it's your house and you decide who you give the job to , That's fine for me, I do not see anything wrong, you took the decision to qualify me I also thank you very much."

Years ago I owned my own housecleaning company so I had very high standards for cleaning. Sparkling Clean did excellent work. The owner Leticia is a wonderful lady. She makes sure everything is done right. She and her team were punctual, hardworking, and thorough. I can't recommend them enough, I was so pleased with the quality of their work.

Leti and her partner came out on short notice to do housecleaning. I hired her for 4 hours (2hrs x 2 people) of cleaning at $35/hr. She was scheduled to arrive between 11:30-12 and arrived at 1 (called at 12:30 to let me know she was late). I would have appreciated a call earlier. She worked hard and the parts of the house she cleaned looked good but she did a really poor job of time management. In the 4 hours I was expecting her to surface clean the entire 1700sqft house. In reality she spent 3 of the 4 hours doing a super deep clean of the kitchen and family room and subsequently was unable to even start other parts of the house. At 2.5 hours in I had to tell her to move on from the kitchen. I was clear to her I didn't want a deep clean when she came to bid the job. To her credit, she stayed an extra hour and finished the top floor, but she didn't even start the bottom floor. I can tell she cares about her business and was embarrassed about not being able to get to everything. Ultimately, I need someone who can manage their time better or bid for the entire job and take as long as they need. To finish she probably would have needed 7 hours total which is way too expensive for me. This was partially my fault. She came out beforehand to bid and said she only wanted to do hourly which I should have declined. I should have only accepted a bid for the entire house.

All areas of the house were cleaned and some areas like the kitchen and bedrooms were tidied and beds were made.
Mirrors in bathrooms were cleaned and all faucets and kitchen appliances were wiped clean. We have three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and three family space areas that were cleaned thoroughly in a few hours. Some days there are just two and today we had three housekeepers to get the house in shape.
I began using Sparking Clean based on a recommendation from a friend when I broke my ankle and have kept them coming ever since. It really helps keep the clutter and dirt away. I really love having my floors mopped and vacuumed and the house clean when I get home from work. My daughter enjoys the tissue flowers and bows she leaves for us when she is done.
