Our realtor recommended Joe to get an estimate on some of the issues that were found during the inspection. Joe came out and looked at the issues and gave us some suggestions as well as provided us with the quote for the items that we were looking to address. We have decided to remodel the house in addition to the issues mentioned in the inspection report and we decided to have Joe to give us a quote for that too. We got a few quotes but we definitely feel more connection with Joe and thought he was professional and had really good ideas. While Joe's quote is not the lowest but we think he would perform a great job. In the past with our other house, we did make the choice of going with the lowest bid and ended up paying for it at the long run. Therefore, we decided to go with our gut and accepted the bid from Joe. Joe and his team worked FAST! they were organized and always kept the site clean. Joe's wife is the bonus of his team in my opinion. Both of them provided not only ideas but also suggestions to what looks good! The one thing I really like about them is that they listen and give you the opinions that is more align to my taste. And they are not pushy! In my experience, contractor tends to push out dates but Joe were able to finish the job EARLIER because we ended up having to move up our move in date. There were a few minor stuff that he and his team needed to come back to do, but the main things were done and we were able to move in early. Joe and his team is really professional. They were always polite and is really knowledgeable. They are quite to respond via text, email, phone.... whichever way you want to reach them! oh, if you run into problems even after the job is done.. Joe is still around to help. 6 months after the job was done, I was still be able to contact Joe and asked him questions! Customer service is definitely one of their strength!!!! Wow. Joe and his team were recommended to us by a local and well known fence contractor. We needed all the infrastructure, for a new steel fence that was going to encircle our double city lot (approximately 370 feet). Skyline's job was to build a wall, sidewalk, and mow-strip. They were also going to build three brick columns and provide the wiring and lighting. It went fantastic. Joe and his team were not only careful and cleaned up after themselves, they worked with us to provide suggestions from their experience to make the project go even better. we COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with the work they did and the value they provided.
