I had used this company for 30 years. They were known as the finest in the area, especially in installation. I had a good business relationship with the salesman, and had everything in my house done from him. Carpet, vinyl, hardwood, blinds. They have new management or something, because it is not the same company. I asked for my regular salesman, and this other sales person kept giving me excuses as to his where abouts., and finally ordered it from her. I found out later he had left the company. I wonder why? The sales rep I had was underhanded, pushy and extremely intimidating. sShe didn't even want me to bring sample home, wanted me to buy then and there. Then when I did get to samples home she came and collected it a few days late and said, "are you planning to buy or not". I was under extreme stress with other matters, so I did allow her to push me around. First she ordered the tile without my final approval and written estimate. Then, no matter how many times I asked for a written estimate, I got one excuse after another. I finally got a receipt AFTER everything was done. All it said was tile, and installation and the final cost. That's it. The day they were to start, the tile guy pulled up some tile for her to examine, she said, oh, now you need a new foundation. This was very interesting because I kept asking her for days before scheduled installation to check the tile underneath to see if we needed new cement. It would have taken 5 minutes, I would have expected a larger job, and probably have had another company lay the foundation and have them come back and lay the tile. . Then everything seemed to go fast. Turns out her son is a cement installer, so he could come right over. Before I knew it, the cement was ripped out and they were ready to pour!. Anyway, it was good I have a contracter friend out of the area, because he had me demand the rebar, wire, moisture paper, and other things they were not going to do. They did do it though after grumbling.! I found out later I probably paid 300.00 too much for the job. The tile I ordered came in several different colors, I had the tile sample in my house for a few days to look at in all lights. I know she ordered wrong color, and I have never been happy with the color. I told her that, but everytime I went to store that day and the next (after the tile came and I saw it), the tile samples I ordered from "disappeared." I was exasperated, and tired. At that point I was almost at the point of not caring any more! I will say, the installer was dependable, a hard worker and did a nice job. There are a couple areas where the tile sunk a bit, but it is not noticable to most people who just come in. I would not want to deal with that company ever again. I allowed her to do this, so I am partially to blame. Do not shop there, there are many honorable businesses in this town you would be happy with. I do not think they are honest. The installer was good though, and very nice...thank God for that! If you do deal with them, shop around first. Then get a written estimate up front first. Check over product to be installed the day before installation if possible, or turn it away if you do not think it is right. Ask for another opinion if the work project seems to escallate from original job. The "F" in professionalism is for the company and sales personal. The insaller would get a "B"

The installation was far superior to any other installation I didn?t get the quote for this work. I liked the way they were doing their business. The price was worth it for me. They did a superb job. The product was held up better than I could have ever expected. The installation was superb. I will absolutely use them again. I would use the product again. I thought they did a good job but when I saw the same product installed by another installer at a different house. I was amazed. This was an expensive house. I was extra pleased with them after seeing that. They were extremely responsive. I had to move a lot of furniture and things. The manager worked with me all along to make sure I got what I wanted, if the work was done properly and if it was done on time. It went quicker then I expected on the installation. They were on time. They helped us move the heavy stuff. They were very professional. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them.

They were good to work with. They were extremely professional. They helped me to handle my stuff and move it back into each room to make it easier on me. They staged the entire project very well. They were great. The price was extremely reasonable for the amount of work that they came in and did for me. The whole project took about four days. They had a team of about four men including the salesman who were all very nice to work with and did excellent work. They were very thorough and made sure to clean up and do a great job.
