She’s a thorough professional. I used to sell real estate for eight years and so I know what to look for. She really is very good. She is honest and she will not show anyone the wrong way. She’s just completely open about everything. There are sometimes things you find out surprisingly at the end of a closing. I know people that have had her services. Every year she always has a Christmas lunch and she invites all her customers for it. She keeps everybody informed of what the market is doing. Nobody is just a one time customer in real estate business. It’s all about the repeat business. I’ve had people call me five years after I was out of it. The commission is pretty standard but I got my money’s worth. I will absolutely use her services again in the future.
