Description of Work: "This guy is nice, but a complete flake. | |Our original work (which required killing power to our whole house for a day) was rescheduled at the last minute several times. When the work was finally performed, Rooney left two important outlets unconnected. | |He then spent MONTHS promising to return to complete the work. He showed up once, but--inexplicably--with no tools or materials. We scheduled this 6-8 times, with him blowing it off every time--without telling us, and us wasting several weekends waiting for him to show up at the appointed time. About a month ago, he said he was in New Mexico and not coming back. Now we have to hire another electrician to fix his work. | |It was our mistake paying him a dime before the work was 100% complete. "
