Lorie Kesler is basically a one man show. Her prices were fair and she used a handyman which kept repair costs down but her general business practices were horrific. We dealt with her over a 3 year period and would have stopped using her earlier but we had plans to sell our house as soon as possible. She was impossible to get a hold of and it would take multiple emails, texts and phone messages before she would reply. There never seemed to be anyone in her office so messages were never returned and she always had some kind of excuse for not doing so. She made promises that were not kept and attempted to charge fees to us, the landlords, that should never have happened. I would absolutely not recommend her services. She was unreliable, non responsive and untrustworthy. Next time I will spend the extra money to get a reliable service.
