WINDSHIELD WAS REPLACED AS SCHEDULED AND COMPLETED WHEN PROMISED, NO FOLLOW UP WAS NEEDED AND NO ADDITIONAL COSTS INCURRED AS PART OF INSURANCE CLAIM (INCLUDING DEDUCTIBLE).

MY HUSBAND TOOK THE DOOR TO THEM SO THEY COULD MEASURE IT BECAUSE FOR THEM TO COME TO OUR HOUSE WOULD COST EXTRA. WE HAD TO WAIT TWICE AS LONG AS EXPECTED FOR THE NEW GLASS TO ARRIVE BECAUSE THE DELIVERY TRUCK BROKE THE FIRST PANE OF GLASS. WHEN IT DID, MY HUSBAND TOOK THE DOOR BACK TO THEM AND THEY INSTALLED JUST FINE.
