The deliverer guys were very professional, courteous and careful. We have a glass top stove , slide in model, standard size. After installation we were really concerned about the gap between counter top and the glass top. It was all around the counter top. We were concerned about it being a food trap. They indicated they couldn't do anything about that. So I called GE the Manufacturer .After going over the whole story, he got the installation instructions. I thought there might be a trim piece that might need to be added.. I didn't have the instructions until I signed for the delivery and installation. . So I get the owners manual out and follow the GE tech through the installation procedure. Sure enough, there were some key things that weren't done. Long story short--they came back out and fixed everything. Additionally, on the day of delivery they give you a 2-hour window for delivery and repair. The delivery was right on time. The schedule for fixing the installation problems was supposed to be on Sunday the June 30th. Expecting a call for the 2-hour window in the morning so we could plan our time. Three calls to the store up to 12:30 PM trying to get some answer we had other things we wanted to do. No returned call. When we returned we had two messages, 1) the technicians we're 20 minutes away: 2) there is nobody home so call the store and reschedule .On Monday morning we called the store to reschedule
the repair. The manager acted it was like our fault because we weren't home. Well the installers looked at the installation manual and fixed the problem. I certainly think there is a laps in customer service here. We shop at LOWES quite often. This the first time I've been disappointed in their customer service.

There was initally a problem with the trim work on the floor, but I called and they came right back out and fixed it. They were on time and they finished up on schedule. They were polite and explained things as they went and were very helpful. I had no problems with them.

It took 2 weeks to get the carpet in and I got calls from Lowes to make sure I knew what was going on. I was called by Lowes the day the carpet came in and told the installer would call to schedule an install which he did the next day. The day before the install date I got a follow up call from the installer to ensure all was ready. Install day two insallers showed up and were excellent. They moved the furniture, made sure it could not scratch or tear the existing flooing and did the install. They openly encouraged any questions I might have. About half way through the install a supervsior from Lowes showed up to check the job. Per the installers this happens abouty 50% of the time. The supervsior was very personable and even helped out a bit. The job took less time then estimated and simply looks excellent. A very good experience overall. To top it off a few days later Lowes called to see if I had any further questions or concerns. A can easily recommend based ont his experience.
