Jose has been maintaining two separate properties for me for a few years. He is extremely reliable, punctual, and thorough. I cannot recommend him more highly

In the beginning, Jesus was great. We had an agreement that he would take the clippings with him and that I would pay him in cash at $70. However, after 2 months or so, he told me that my lawn grew too fast and that he needed it to be at $80. So, all through last year, he took away all the clippings for $80. He contacted me at the beginning of spring for mowing to start up. I told him to wait until April. As 1st week of April came around, I texted him to start up the mowing again. He was booked and couldn't make it until the 3rd week - hence, overgrown lawn. He was upset to find that the lawn was too long and left 2 voice mails indicating that I was trying to 'save money' off his back by not starting up earlier and that I should consider another service. I returned his call that was made while I was flying, so once my plane landed, I spoke with him; to which he acted as if he never left the voice mail and just suggested that I get them to start 1st week of April next time. Since April on the 2nd mow, the crew have been consistently filling my yard waste to the brim - leaving no room. I called him to inform him that I needed room for food scraps and weeding so not to consistently fill it up - plus, our deal was that he was to take them. I indicated that I don't mind him using it, but not to the brim each time. He called me back to let me know he never had agreed to this in the first place and that the reason I was paying him $80 was because I gave him a raise! He is NOT my employee. I was already paying more than before - so why would I do that?? I corrected him on the phone - to which he told me he could NOT work with someone like myself who wasn't listening to him - then HUNG UP!!!!! About 4 hours later, he texted me, as if nothing had happened - and told me I needed to get an extra yard waste bin. He QUIT and HUNG UP on me, to begin with! I reminded him of this on my text, to which he said he never did - that it was a misunderstanding. I am not sure if he had suddenly realized I found him on Angie's List.... Hmmm. He was RUDE! He should NOT be on Angie's List!!

Jesus was very responsive and helpful. He and an assistant cleaned up some garden areas very overrun with weeds and old growth. They cleaned that up, weeded, pruned, mowed and trimmed. They were there almost all day and did a superb job. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them.

I did not give a Jesus a lot on guidance on what I wanted done.  I basically said that my yard looked terrible, and could he spruce it up by weeding and trimming.  We walked around the yard and he pointed out many items that needed attention, and asked me if he trimmed that would I be happy etc.  He came back over the course of a few days,, worked on my yard, setting his own schedule.  I did not have a deadline, just didn't want my yard to get out of control.  Well, my yard has never looked so good!! Jesus has an artistic eye!  My bushes and trees look fantastic! and my yard is like a different place now, very manicured. I love it.  I would definitely recommend him! I plan to have him come again.

Left a message and got a call back a short time later. Jesus was able to come by that same day and provide a proposal which was accepted.  The work was scheduled to take a day and a half.  He called a day before the work was scheduled and asked if I was OK adjusting the schedule because another job was taking longer than expected which I agreed to.  He arrived at the new time and did a great job including some spring clean-up, edging, weeding and removal and leveling of a the ground where a stump had recently been removed.  I found Jesus honest, hard working and his price was fair. I will use his services again in the future.

Jesus does an amazing job. Rain or shine, he's out every week tackling my difficult yard (very hilly) without any complaints. He listens to my concerns and requests, and then does an excellent job making it all happen. I can't recommend him enough.

Jesus did a great job. He did a total clean up of our front and back yard and laid mulch in the front yard. We are now using him for our monthly yard maintainence. Highly recommend!

They came when we scheduled them. They were really good at what they did. They were very nice and easy to work with. The price was reasonable.

They did a good job. The work was what we expected it to be. They were here on time. We got them from a referral from somebody that we had do work on our house.

Jesus did an amazing job with my yard.  He weeded, pruned, mowed, my yard.  He was able to do it in a timely fashion, for less money than I was anticipating.  After working with Jesus, I'll hire him to do regular upkeep on my yard.
I cannot overstate what a fantastic job he did.

At the beginning Mr. Sandoval was great.  On time, detailed oriented, generally present to work with.  

Over the passed few months quality seemed to wain.  Mr. Sandoval was less than "the customer is always right" when confronted.  The last straw came when multiple piles of debris was left around the yard,   I contacted Mr. Sandoval moments after his crew left to which he informed me that I was "too picky" and that he will not service my yard henceforth.

A truly unbelievable experience and frankly, glad not to be financially supporting company behavior like this.

I was impressed with his responsiveness to calls (which he managed between other jobs), how he made good recommendations to save us money and heartache (like putting gravel in an area where grass would simply never grow well), and how punctual and hard-working he and his team were while on our clock. He is super meticulous and reasonable. That is a rare find, and we will be using hm whenever we need lawn services.

Over the years, several landscaping businesses have provided weekly service for me.  Jesus is a remarkable exception to the typical "mow n'go".  We agreed upon what  weekly service is needed, and  he fulfills those expectations and beyond.  Whereas my yard used to be a source of anxiety because so much attention was needed, it is now a joy because of the superior care that Jesus provides.  I am grateful every day when I view my garden, because of what he has accomplished.  He is extremely conscientious, and willing to provide additional services when needed.  One could not do better than to contract with Sandoval Landscaping.  His pricing is  reasonable, and he deserves fair compensation.

He's the best.  He's meticulous. It's almost like having a house keeper for your yard.  The garden beds look perfectly uniform and dark.  He's always looking for something to do, he's completely in charge of the yard.  If the hedge needs to be trimmed, then he'll find something else to do.  I never have to tell him what to do - I wouldn't even know what to tell him to do.  He's a total professional and really phenomenal.

Jesus has been doing maintenance work for us for about two years now. He is absolutely perfect. He's fast and very, very detail oriented. Jesus clearly takes pride in his work, and I'd recommend him without hesitation for any project small or large. He was recommended to us by a good friend, and he's been doing their lawn as well. He just put in a fence over there, and we're definitely going to have him do ours now! :-)

He is pleasant and friendly. He is thorough and always shows up on time. He is a very nice person.
