I can't say enough about the service we received. Ryan arrived on time (actually about five minutes early) professionally performed the required wiring and hooked up the new receiver. He then tested it and helped us program the remotes. Everyone has too many remotes so Ryan offered to let us test a Universal remote for a couple of weeks and then decide if we wanted to purchase it. He said he would get back to us in a couple of days with the programmed remote. He actually returned the same day, after having programmed the remote and then spent about an hour finalizing it with our TV. I will certainly recommend Integration Northwest LLC to anyone who wants quality and good service.
