I was given Johns name by my husbands co-worker. I manage this home and there were some issues that had been brought to the owners and myself. Since the family had a new baby we thought that it should be handled immediately.
John came out to the home and discovered many things about the home and in his investigation was able to itemize what would need to be done and gave us a time line and finished the job 1 week early. Upon completion of the job, another issue arose and John was so thorough he and his crew found more damage in the other bathroom caused by the water heater.
The owner, myself and the tenants could not be more appreciative with his professionalism, response and detail for the work that needed to be completed to allow the tenants back into a clean and safe environment.

Our insurance adjustor recommended John Oliver and his company. We found them very accomodating to work with, especially since the repair took place in November and December and had to be scheduled around the holidays. We are very satisfied with the quality of their work. Our entry hall is even better than new!
