It was determined to set up for Direct TV. In the process of aiming the dish to see if everything worked it was jammed in the up position. Between the techcian and I, it would not move. I thought his attitude was quite nonchalont about it as he said, "Well, I have charge you a service call anyway". It was paid and now I have to pay for someone else to fix it. I will set myself on fire before using them again.
