About us

We are a drug free company with random drug testing. We have been in business since 1992. We have 6 employees to serve you. We do use sub contractors when we need to. Our sub contractors have been with us for years and they do quality work. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured. All our trucks and company vehicles are fully insured. As for our employees and sub contractors we are named second on their policies. This means if their insurance is cancelled for any reason we are notify and we do not let the employee work or sub work for us till it is all taken care of. We only charge for estimate when they are for large jobs. This fee is only charged if we do not do all the work. It takes a lot of time and footwork getting a large job estimate completed. We offer all repairs for insurance claims. We will work directly with your insurance adjuster but we do not work for them, we work for you and make sure you get what is due to you. We work on all mobile homes and been doing repairs on mobile homes for many years also. We work directly with the Department of Labor & Industries and do all the foot work they require to make the job go as smooth as possible.

I had a fire in my living room ceiling caused by the wood stove flue and when the Fire Department was done, I had a real mess, a hole in the roof, and a cracked wood stove glass door when the fire department sprayed the hot stove. Hawaiian construction was only contracted to do the living room damage but they went far beyond that, which I am so very thankful for. Before they could really begin, my deck needed to be rebuilt because it had collapsed. So the part needed was rebuilt by Ramon and he built it even better than the previous one. I was impressed by how well it was done. Next, they had to replace the whole floor because it was warped from all that water, then the whole wall behind the wood stove and the whole ceiling. I asked them to sheetrock the ceiling rather than the standard manufactured home ceiling, and they did, which looks much better. After all the repairs, they painted the whole living room, then they painted the next adjoining room and the dining room and into the master bedroom and then the master bathroom. They painted all of those rooms, and ceilings. After carpeting the living room, they also carpeted all of the other rooms they had painted as well! They even repaired a hole in the ceiling of the master bathroom, and in the floor. They really surprised me with a lot of the things they did. Even a new kitchen floor. They even replaced my garbage disposal, a complete surprise to me! The insurance company said they would not replace the wood stove because it was the cause of the fire. Then I was really surprised when I walked in the house and found a new wood stove waiting for me. I don't know how they did it but I was very grateful for that and very shocked they had done it. They did tell me they like to do extra work for veterans, a very humble understatement, and they went far beyond just extra work. In fact, they did so much that I may have left something out. Altogether, they repaired, carpeted, painted, and replaced things in three fourths of the entire house, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, when the job was to be for a single room! I can't imagine they even made much for the job. They did so much extra work they may have even taken a loss for all I know. And I'm even late leaving this review, for which I must deeply apologize to Hawaiin Construction. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing repairs to their home. The work is great and they take care of their clients.

Owner is experienced, pleasant and stands behind his work.  Good at explaining what needs to be done.  Reliable/dependable.  Has dealt with fallout of a bathroom leak and carpenter ants, and damage inflicted by roofer - in other words, has done major jobs for me.  Strong explanation of processes, work and outcomes.  Reasonable rates.  Dependable.

Aloha Construction did a fantastic job! They were absolutely wonderful. They were very detailed oriented and made sure I didn’t have to worry about anything. We ran into a few issues, and they handled everything wonderfully. I’d definitely recommend them to others!

"The member and family were great to work for. When she called in the claim to the insurance company I was notified. I did my inspection and upon looking closer to her chimney, I noticed that it was not even attached to the home properly and that there were many cracks on the exterior of the chimney. I did a internal inspection of the chimney with a camera and found that there were cracks on the inner flu tiles as well. That is one of the main causes for a chimney fire as well. Once I completed my inspection of the entire chimney I knew we had to replace it. Being her home was built a long time ago , we had to make sure that the house itself was stabled enough to insure it would not crack any of the structure it self once we started to demo the old chimney out. As we were removing the chimney, I noticed it was sitting on a separate foundation from the house. We end up pulling that out as well. We poured a new foundation to support the new chimney. We then built a new chimney in it's place as well as a new fire box with a brick hearth in front of the box. This job was fully inspected by Snohomish County Building Department to insure we did everything correct by current building and fire codes. You should have your fireplace and chimney checked by a Lic. Contractor it least every couple years to insure that it is safe for you and your loved ones to enjoy for years more. This was a great job and best of all the Petersons were a great family to work for. Thanks again"

"Yes we work on this home. We were picking up where another contractor left off at. The stated we were always late. That is false he was always sleeping when we were there because he worked at night at the hospital. We would always call first if we were going to be late. another statement he made was on the soffit cost. We work off software that all insurance companies use we did not over charge him nor did we put in the cost. He could of told us he would do it and then we would of cashed him out with the insurance company and then they would send him a check to do it. He did not. As for the drywall and painting. He had someone in there first and they destroyed the ceiling texture which was sand texture that no one uses anymore. We did the best we could and it looked ok. If this job was so bad like he states then why did he sign our paperwork so that we can get paid. Also he had a 5 year warranty which we honored each time he called for something and we have records of each time we went back till the warranty was up. What really upset me was his statement and I will quote "We hire work release people" he has to watch what he states. that is false we have all employees checked. He has committed to me what would be SLANDER and we do not take kindly to those remarks. His statement is false and we can back anything he would say. As for his remark he has put a false statement and we will deal with it. We are hoping that people do not believe in this and that all you have to do is contact my company and we can disapprove anything and because of what he said we could of lost business from it. All you have to do is look right below on other insurance claims it will show we do not do what he states. He was a very hard person to work for. Any questions please contact myself at my office Thank you, Robert Black / Owner Of Aloha Construction & Insurance Repair Inc"

"That was a good and quick job. As for the cost, we do not control that part. The insurance companies control the pricing and we us their software where we cannot change a price without the insurance knowing. The Software is called Xactimate which all of us in the Insurance repair business use. Thanks again"
