When I contacted the company, they were apologetic and willing to put us right by redoing the job, but we preferred to just pay our bill and end our business relationship. Funny thing is, we had scheduled to have three vehicles detailed as a package deal, and the poor job ended the chance they had to do the last two vehicles, and cost them a high paying client.
Great phone manners, quick attention, and all the outward evidence of good service....followed by poor workmanship. If they want to stay in business, they are going to need to improve their skills.
"I distinctly remember this vehicle and I was so upset that we lost out on the chance to make things right but I do understand the view of the customer in which the job should of been done right the first time around. We have had a bit of a learning curve with employees and its so very hard to always find someone who cares as much as I do so I can say its been pretty frustrating getting the right crew in here. One great addition is that my son Jake has been working by my side and really focusing on the repetition of doing every vehicle the same way from start to finish which means from the roof to the tires and bumper. The offer is still there for you to come back in and give us another shot at a substantial discount of course as we would really love to earn you back as a customer.
