The entire process went smooth as possible. i scanned and e-mailed the receipt to Doug's, and they picked up the furniture from the store. They called me 20 minutest before arrival to alert me, and brought the new furniture into my home. They were on time, and worked very hard. Good Job guys.

DOUG JENSEN IS A VERY CORDIAL GENTLEMAN. HOWEVER, WE WERE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT HIS CREW COULD NOT COMPLETE THE PROJECT. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK, BUT I RECEIVED A CALL FROM DOUG THAT HE WOULD VERY LIKELY NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE ASSEMBLY.

DOUG PROMPTLY ANSWERED MY MESSAGE, GAVE ME THE COSTS, ASKED IF WE WANTED SET UP, ETC. I KNEW BY HIS QUESTIONS THAT HE HAD DONE THIS MANY TIMES, AND FELT COMFORTABLE WITH HIS SERVICE. HIS PRICE IS INLINE WITH OTHER COMPANIES. THE DELIVERY AND SETUP WENT WELL-NO PROBLEMS. THE 2 MEN WERE ON TIME, NICE, TOOK OFF THEIR SHOES, DID A GOOD JOB.
