I went with Canyon Creek for my kitchen cabinets because they were local and had a good reputation. Given my experience, I have to advise against anyone using them right now. They are having horrible quality control and production issues and one out of every two of my cabinets had something wrong with them. As the contractor and I unboxed them, the joke became that they only thing that they got right was the color. Some were minor issues (ex. paint) but most were head-scratching/how-did-this get-shipped errors like cabinets built upside down or doors mounted on the wrong side. There were cabinets that were supposed to be drawers had doors. The shaker front drawers had slab fronts. The Upper shelf bracket holes were drilled at different levels (a real issue since they were open/glass front). The list was long but what was even more disppointing is how they responded to the errors. We were told we could reject them and wait an additional 12 weeks for new cabinets (which would have resulted in pushing all our sub-contractors and the project in total back - mind you we were a full remodel and down to the studs at this point) or they would just send us replacement parts to install ourselves. After a price analysis, I decided the labor of the reworking was cheaper than waiting 12 weeks and losing my sub-contractors and having to delay the project which meant extending rental agreements, etc. Little did I know that it would mean that I would be waiting an additional 6 MONTHS for the random drawer fronts and panels and components to come trickling in without rhyme, reason or any communication from Canyon Creek. All we were told when we emailed or called was there were "production issues". And because they required 100% of the payment up front, there was no recourse to hold back final payment. It honestly breaks my heart to write a review like this for a local company that had such a good reputation with such solid product in the past. I have come to understand talking with some insiders that they are under "new leadership" and have automated their production so it is not the hand-crafted cabinets of pre-2020. Buyers beware!

Many mistakes made by company and terrible response and customer service when the problems were realized, (they took inaccurate measurements and then blamed the customer for not catching their mistake. )

The product is good for the price. The quality of the pull-out shelving units is good, but the installation could have been better. I had to replace all the screws in the base with larger, more robust fasteners. The challenge we had started with a missed change-order that was not discovered until delivery. That delayed the project while replacement cabinets were manufactured. This created a domino effect with all the other trades and we lost over a month on the schedule.
We eventually worked out a solution, but not without escalating up the management chain and with great effort on our part.
Ask to see examples of each installer's work and quality to ensure you will be happy. it all boils down to the installer. They want all their money up front before delivery and I will not do that again. We had no leverage after we paid in full. Only agree to final payment once installation is 100% complete. The quality and workmanship of the cabinets is very good... we compared and researched many companies before selecting CCCC.  Just keep solid email trail of all conversations.

Everything about the experience was great, actually, and the quality seems very good to us.

We had no issues during the design or delivery process (our builder did the installation), and the medicine cabinets are SUPER FABOULOUS for the price.  Couldn't find anything to compare and they are huge--2ft by 3ft, and extra deep (only work if you are doing a new build, as they require some special framing--too deep for most standard walls).

The only reason I would hesitate to use them again is price.

We discovered the Chinese cabinet manufactures in downtown Seattle only after we completed the project--like GS Building Supply and some others.

Their prices are AMAZING if you can accept something a little less custom.  From our assessment, the quality is every bit as good as Canyon Creek.  And my neighbor just raves about their installers.

And they have excellent prices on granite and quartz counters, if you can accept the thinner stuff and less selection.  Would have saved us more than half and that would include the counters.

So think about your needs and choose accordingly.  If custom is required, then Canyon Creek is a good option.

They're the best ones we've ever used! They're a good environmental company and their products are locally made in Washington. We were able to observe their factory and we had a great selection to choose from.

This job went fantastic!  We had a home office that was built by the home builder that was basically just a wall of bookshelves and a desk knee hole arrangement for a computer.  The room has windows looking out on a beautiful mountain scene but the person sitting at the computer was facing a wall.
The new design has a "T" shaped office so I can sit at my desk and look out the windows.  Storage is much better with cabinets designed for files and all the wiring for computer, monitor, speakers, etc. is hidden within the cabinets.
I chose Rustic Hickory with a medium brown stain and a chocolate glaze for this project on a door that has a rope molding embedded in the door.  It looks wonderful.
The cabinets were made on time, the quality was great, and everything went together easily.  I would highly recommend Canyon Creek to anyone looking for cabinets.

From the beginning, it was a good experience, again, Loren had some great ideas that we hadn't even
thought of, so it was a positive experience and we would use them again.   The quality of the cabinets
is very good, the company/factory did a great job, and we had no problems with Canyon Creek.

The first person I called gave me a bid the very next day, and told me to call when framing was complete so they could come out get exact measurements.  When I called back, that person had become ill, and someone else took over.  Everything went well except that he was hard to reach.  The only real "situation" was the money part.  He initially asked for 60% down to order them, and said to call 2 weeks before we wanted the cabinets on-site.  When I called to have him order them, he said they had to have the balance in full before placing the order.  I do not like to do business with those who request full payment in advance, but since we had dealt with Canyon Creek before, I mailed him a check for the balance.  The cabinets arrived on time and in good shape.  Be aware that delivery is not available; you have to pick the cabinets up in Spokane Valley.  Not a problem for us, but it might be for others.
Response from Canyon Creek Cabinet Company
"Hi Member, I am sorry I had become ill and could not complete your order. Of course me being ill put all of my work on Loren, I know that he was very busy. Shipping is available to the job sites, I am sorry that it was not explained to you that shipping is available to the job sites for a fee. I know that at times when we have to cover for others when ill, unfortunately some things can be overlooked and/or assumed. Glad you are happy with our product. Respectfully, Bob Novak"

I went to the showroom several times to look at cabinets and different options.   Sometimes helpful at showroom, sometimes not so much.  My rep was very good at getting back to me and re-ordering when necessary.   I went over order with a fine tooth comb.  Very helpful with questions when I didn't know what something was for.  I did find a few things not needed or wanted to change.  Also always good to double-check their measurements.  Nobody is perfect!  Needed more materials sometime and very quick on delivering during construction.  Sometimes didn't have enough of a material or contractor did a mistake and needed a new piece.  Great to have within 3-5 days. Cabinets are good quality for price.  If you want super quality go for a custom, smaller shop.   Check over delivery thoroughly, if you are not happy with quality of a piece let them know right away.  Someone will inspect and give you options. Lots of styles, colors, cabinet sizes, designs to choose from which was great. Everything was on time,  which is critical during a re-model.

The contractor for my kitchen/bathroom remodel will only work with Canyon Creek or a local custom shop. I used the custom shop for my kitchen but decided to save some money and use canyon creek for the bathroom. Canyon Creek (CC) gives you multitudes of optional upgrades and a tremendous amount of options for styles and wood. Although my contractor helped me with design, I went to the Monroe showroom. If you have time this is worth the trip if are serious about these cabinets. They have many knowledgeable people who can answer questions and the displays really help you visualize the options. I was not impressed with the quality but that is relative as it depends on which upgrades you choose. I did choose many of the upgrades and it was still inferior to the other company's cabinets. When I received the cabinet two of the lining drawers were starting to peel off. The middle pull out drawer had a large dark stain going through the wood. CC agreed to replace but sent out new ones that didn't fit by a mile. The next replacement set one drawer was still too small by six inches. I am still waiting on this drawer. There doesn't seem to be much excuse for the errors. Don't they have the measurements of the originals on file? It takes about three weeks to get a replacement drawer so it is taking a long time (months).

Our house contractor strongly suggested we not go with Canyon Creek. Due to terrible service from his suggested cabinet maker we reached out to Canyon Creek Cabinets. From our initial meeting they proved to be very professional and make a superior product to what was suggested we purchase. The cabinets are installed now, are well built, and look super. There was a problem with one vanity cabinet (it's height) and it was replaced quickly without any questions at all. I would encourage anyone who needs cabinets to utilize Canyon Creek Cabinets. Their prices are competitive, their product is superb, and they have been thoroughly above-board and professional throughout the process.

Our contractor (who we have been using for many years) recommended this cabinet making place to us. So, my husband, without consulting me ordered from them with our contracor's help. We have been having issues with the cabs I ordered for the house...and I am so jealous of my husband's decision to get the Canyon Creek cabinets. They are just beautiful, a fantastic value, they arrived on time in perfect condition and they are made better than the ones I ordered for my home. So, basically, our garage is nicer than our kitchen at about 2/3rds the price.

WE ARE THRILLED WITH OUR CABINETS. IT TURNS OUT THAT ONE CABINET WAS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WE ORDERED, BUT THEY INCLUDED AN OPTION WE HADN'T ORDERED FOR FREE TO MAKE UP FOR IT. EVERYTHING WAS AS IT SHOULD BE AND WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. OUR CABINETS ARE SMOOTH AND WELL-MADE AND SHOULD BE GOOD FOR 30 YEARS OR MORE.

THE QUALITY AND DESIGN OF THE CABINETS IS QUITE GOOD. THE PRICE IS MUCH LOWER THAN OTHER BIDS WE RECEIVED FOR CUSTOMIZED CABINETS. (THIS DID INCLUDE A DISCOUNT THROUGH OUR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT). THE MEASURING OF THE KITCHEN WAS NOT DONE ACCURATELY, HOWEVER, AND THIS CAUSED DELAYS AND SLIGHTLY HIGHER COSTS LATER. CANYON CREEK WAS VERY RESPONSIVE IN CORRECTING ANY MISTAKES MADE.
