+ 2 morePhil’s was extremely responsive and honest during original site inspection and proposal stages. His partner, Casey, beat me expectations. They’re a must hire for your new garage. They got the city permit and started before expected and they finished several weeks ahead of schedule. They were even open to added scope like building a new privacy fence. Hire these guys.
Description of Work: I bought a house in Seattle that had a detached garage that was a tear down and had thought lot lines/setback issues. I needed to tear it down and replace with a new garage with added storage. They also replaced my old chain link fence with a new privacy fence.

+ 0 moreThey did an excellent job and completed the construction process much faster than other project I have had done. They did not take any short cuts; they just executed the job very efficiently. The owner and manager of the job site were both very professional and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with the job and would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They demolished an old structure and built a new garage and added a reading nook onto our house.
