My washer backed up into my shower and bath tub. They came out early in the morning which was very nice because I only have one bathroom. They were on time and they were very prompt at getting the job done. They were very polite. What impressed me the most was that it was an awful mess and they cleaned up the entire thing without me asking them to!

This is the second time I've used this company and have a bid for a third project. Everything was explained well, my choices, prices, etc. I decided not to have them install a new disposal because I want to get other bids. Because he cleared out the stoppage I can now use one of the 2 sinks which made it possible for me to use one sink for a while until I decide how I'll get the replacement. Even though I didn't buy either the combo service+disposal or service+I-provide-disposal, plumber was consistently cordial and positive. No hard sell, etc.
