Frank came right in and figured out the noise out of the heat ducting (experience showed). I also complained that it is much colder in the basement.
He came back the next day with everything he needed, He added 3 more registers downstairs (knowing how to go through the sheet rock and find the ducting).
He also fixed the annoying ticking sound coming from the ducting in the master bedroom without having to tear out the sheet rock.
Very experienced, polite and professional.

They are very professional, and have always resolved any issues that I have had with the heater. They give great service and are very friendly.

The quality was reasonable. The price was competitive. We are still trying to get them to finish the job. We will not be using their services again in the future.
