Angel's Magnificent Cleaning Co.

Called on a Wednesday to request quotation, the came by within a few hours to review and provide a bid.  Their pricing was/is EXCELLENT compared to other service providers. They did their first clean the next day...and did such a great job we gave them a 25% bonus.  They now perform weekly cleanings and we continue to pleased with their prompt, professional and polished services.  We fired a "franchise" cleaning company early in May because they would frequently no-show and their quality was hit and miss -and they charged and arm and half a leg.
Other companies we contacted to take over cleaning services couldn't come out to "walk" the job for several weeks or didn't return calls.
We have no such issues or concerns with Angel's.  We feel lucky we found them!

Excellent. Every room, shower, kitchen floor, couch vaccumed. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

The vacuum they brought and used hardly picked up any animal fur, lint, etc. off of the area rugs. The vacuum was not appropriate or strong enough for cleaning the rugs only the wood floors.  Also, the bathroom fixtures in one particular bathroom (more utilized) were still unclean, the mirror was left unwashed, and for 1,500 sq. ft. of house they would complete the task (2 people) in 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hrs.!  If time was an issue, then scheduling should be considered.  Was it for hurrying to the next job, or just sloppy work?  I have not called the client to speak of the issue, I would rather not continue with the service.  I feel I shouldn't have to point out that something is not cleaned or the job was done half-hearted, that must come from an individual.  If this is your line of business then you should be taking your own inventory and policing your own work ethic.  My having to point out mistakes seems counterproductive.

The three women who cleaned were right on time, professional, kind and honest.  They did a WONDERFUL job.  I have scheduled them for every two weeks.  I have looked for cleaning services, individuals, etc. and tried many out.  This is the first time I have scheduled a repeat visit.  I am beyond pleased.

They clean whatever I need and always have me check before they leave. They are fast and do an excellent job. I will keep using them and I would recommend them!

They are also on-time, meticulous in their work, considerate and gracious. In fact, yesterday when Rosa was here, she insisted on sweeping and cleaning off the front porch even though she was working on just the interior...my husband now loves her!
After the first time, I just can say 'the usual' on certain floors, and all is done impeccably. Their prices are always fair and reasonable for the work required.  I am recommending them to all our network, and would highly recommend them to anyone!
