AAA PUMP WELL DRILLING & WATER PURIFICATION

He was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining everything to a couple of newbies.  He gave us all the information we needed, and estimates for some needed repairs.  After closing we hired him to come back and replace the pressure tank (which his inspection revealed to be water logged).  Again his service was excellent.  Did the work on schedule, and honored his original quote even when the job turned out to take longer and involve more than he'd originally thought.  We would definitely use him again, and recommend him to others.

We called Mike on the recommendation of a friend to inspect our well system prior to purchasing a house built in 1975. He was thorough, giving a clear picture of good points and flaws in the system, which includes a 1200 gallon holding tank and pressurized system to deliver water to the house. He did a great job of explaining how the system worked and helping us classify which items were critical, then prioritizing the "nice to haves" or "wait till something fails" as we weren't in a position to tackle everything. We called Mike again a year later when our hot water heat system failed with a cracked pipe in the foundation that quickly emptied the storage tank. He installed valves to get water directly from the well, a flow meter and a tank alarm so that we'd not get caught by surprise if something else, like a cracked pipe in the house, happens again, and we can bypass the tank to get water from the well (something standard in newer systems). During the Dec. 2008 week of snow and below-freezing temps, we weren't getting water from the well to the tank. Despite having no power or water himself, Mike was once again quick to respond to our communication. He remembered our house and system and was able to give us a bit of guidance that helped us narrow the issue to a frozen meter. With a bit of heater tape we were up and running again.

MIKE IS SOMETIMES DIFFICULT TO GET A HOLD OF. HE IS SOMETIME OUT OF THE COUNTRY IN IMPOVERISHED AREAS DRILLING WELLS AND FILTERING WATER FOR VILLAGES. HE IS A KNOWLEDGEABLE GUY WHEN IT COMES TO PURIFICATION OF WATER AND DRILLING AND PUMPS. HE DOES EXCELLENT WORK.
