I called Serjay and he came to my home in 30 minutes. He took my blind to his mobile shop out front (van) and he restrung it and put it back up for me in my livingroom window. He also replaced the pull string on another blind that was broken. He was probably here for an hour and I was amazed with his work. He told me he makes window coverings too. I would recommend him to anyone and will use him again in the future.

Serjay responded very quickly to my initial project request and subsequent text messages. He was easy to schedule with and accommodated me when I had to make a schedule change. I liked that he fixed the shades right then and there, without taking them anywhere. Also, he got the job done despite one of my shades being extra tricky. I appreciate that he charged me the initially quoted price even though I know that difficult shade took longer than he expected. I’m so happy to have working shades again! Serjay is great. I scheduled an appointment to fix a blind. Serjay arrived on time, re-installed the blind and fixed the chain to prevent the problem from happening again. He is friendly, professional and does quality work. I will recommend him to all of my friends and neighbors.

Craig is really busy installing blinds. I called him because my blinds had broken strings. He showed up the same day I called him. He was very personable but since he was busy that day he came late in the afternoon and had to take the blind home with him. Also, when he came to reinstall he again came at about 8 p.m. rather than the next day because I wanted the blind fixed before guests came. The charge was less than other estimates. I was so happy with Craig's performance that I gave him 3 beers to take home with him. Craig is a one man show and will take good care of installing or repairing your blinds. He is a bit hard to contact because so many people call him that his mailbox is usually full, but he will call you back because he looks at the recents on his cell phone.
