Our 10 point safety evaluation is for your safety. most homeowners are not aware that electrical codes change every 3 years. These important safety concerns are designed to keep your home up to date and functioning properly. If we do find something that is malfunctioning or not up to date, it is up to you whether or not you want us to make the repairs. We never do any work prior to you knowing what the investment will be to fix it, as well as your authorization to proceed before starting. So there are never any surprises. While this Safety Evaluation is complimentary, we do charge a dispatch fee to cover the costs associated with getting a highly trained/highly skilled and drug tested, background checked technician to your door at guaranteed appointment window of 2 hours, in a fully stocked van with 1000's of parts ready to take care of most every need, to save you time and money. The last thing we want is to leave your home with some electrical safety hazard still existing and we did not atleast give you the opportunity to know about it. We would never make any recommendations that we wouldn't do in any of our own family members home. I see from the records that you had an appointment scheduled with us on Aug 13th from 3-5PM. While late day appointments are a bit tougher to be on since we don't know how previous jobs will go, the GPS tracker shows our highly skilled/highly trained technician arrived at your home in his fully stocked van at 4:59PM. While most companies will ignore the rest of your home only looking at what you called them for, we believe this is to the detriment of your families safety, because many homeowners are not aware that electrical codes changes every 3 years and that even in a fairly new home there may be unknown safety concerns. It's like owning a new vehicle that has a factory recall and not being aware of it. All of our technicians constantly train for hundreds of hours every year so that they are up to date on all the best installation practices as well as being up to date on any safety concerns in the home. While I am sorry that you didn't find your investment in our services worthwhile, the overwhelming majority of our clients love our service and the value of their investment they make with us, making us their electrician for life. And we feel better knowing that when we leave our clients home, that we've done everything we can to educate them of any concerns.
