They might come out to the property. Three sit in their trucks for 10 minutes, stay on the property for 12 minutes, and then leave. I was not able to observe them this past week, but my neighbor told me they just got the blower out and blew stuff around and left.
I can ask them to pick up paper in plain view, and they wouldn't pick it up. If you're trying to mow, wouldn't you pick up the litter first?
There have been two pieces of debris in their line of sight in the past four weeks that they won't pick up.
We have wetlands on our property and when we had a snow, it broke down limbs of bushes. You can see that there is grass growing up to my knees near my window.
This is the last straw for me. I'm going to tell everyone at our HOA meeting tonight that I'm fed up and that we need to find someone else.
I think that they pretend like they don't understand what you're asking them so that they don't have to do any work.
If you need landscaping, do not call this number!

They were not very good. I had told them that since I don't have a real lawn they didn't need to come out so often, but they wouldn't listen. They ended up hacking my ornamental grasses like they were shrubs. I am not happy with the service and don't intend to continue it once the contract expires.
