Roger and his team were professional and courteous. He arrived when he told me he would and work was done quickly and he cleaned up after each visit.

They have been great. He's been top star. I've had contractors in the past and he and his partner are the best. He cleans up every time and it is like he hasn't been here. The job is perfect. Everything including the floor fittings and granite and sinks fits perfectly. I would recommend him to anyone for any reason. He has built houses from the ground up and done remodeling. He has done great with touch up and matching paint and everything fitting properly. There seriously aren't enough stars to give him. His communication has been good. I would absolutely, 100 percent, use him again.

There are things that he told me he would do verbally that he didn't complete. He did not get it all written down in his contract and did not want to honor it. Such as not taking out the garbage, did not finish the threshold, etc. When I contacted him about it he tried to he tell me that it was never part of the agreement. He came back and haul away most of the garbage he left behind and finished the windows and let me know he was not happy about it and that he acted like he was going above and beyond.

There was also some broken tile in front of my fireplace, asked him about it. I was not accusing him of this and wanted to see if he could order me some molding and but he was not happy about it. He did order the molding but he was not happy about it. I was just trying to reach resolution on the issue so it can get fixed. I also had a piece of my tile for my bathroom and handrail that went missing during this project. I have contacted him about the whereabouts on the handrail but I have yet to receive a response.

Roger left a man unattended to install the hardwood floors. Roger said that there were numerous contractors inside my home which there was only 2. These contractor are trustworthy and they told me that a man who installed the hardwood flooring part under Roger approached the other contractors and asked if he could have a piece of my custom tile for free and they both told him no because we had the right number of pieces that we needed for the job. After Roger and his co worker left the job, the piece went missing and a handrail went missing too. Trying to resolve issues with Roger were difficult and he would become angry and easily offended. He also did not finish the threshold where they were suppose to be finished. He left the job unfinished. When he came back to get trash that he promised he made a lot of sarcastic comments about the yard.

Roger was the consummate professional from start to finish! I would highly recommend his services and will rehire if I start another project! First, he helped get my ideas on paper - configuring a plan on his computer and giving me a detailed estimate. He then gave me some great suggestions regarding how and where to look for the desired materials. He also kept me grounded in reality when an idea was not feasible or way too expensive. And I appreciated his flexibility when I had to push the start date back one month.
Any problems that were encountered during the process were solely because of the suppliers. I had chosen a boutique tub and fixtures with only one supplier in the Northwest - not a wise decision on my part. The supplier was less than forthcoming about the cast iron tub that was ordered but Roger was vigilant and refused to accept delivery on a cracked tub. He then took the extraordinary step of finding a comparable tub from the same manufacturer and drove to Eastern Washington to pick it up! In a snow storm! Truly, above and beyond the call of duty. Roger was also a perfectionist in every aspect of the remodel - if something didn't look right, he would do it over. Each week, he provided me with a detailed invoice covering services rendered and a separate invoice for purchases made. He was very easy to communicate with by phone and by email. Realizing that I was somewhat repair-impaired, he did a few repairs around the house - including a worn through water spot on my dining room ceiling.
Roger and his wife Nicole were wonderful to work with, from start to finish. My advice: hire this man!!!

Very responsive with bid, completed work on time, worked well with other subs, as well as giving helpful suggestions on how to complete the project. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work done.

My wife is the one who decided to use them and we have used them in the past, too.

I called Mr. Gauthier and he came right out and began what I had asked him to do. There are several things on my list and he has completed some of them. There are still projects to go and I have complete faith that they will be done like I want them to and done WELL. Mr. Gauthier is very picky about having things done just right and that impressed me. He doesn't cut corners and will not do work that he knows will fall apart or not be up to standard in a few months/years. I was totally impressed by both him and his work and will never hesitate to recommend him to anyone that I know of. Thank you for letting me tell the world about this man. I was very pleased with the way our project turned out! They cleaned up very well at the end of each work day and they tried to make our place as livable as possible for us during the remodel. The flooring turned out beautiful! The kitchen is completely new and we love how it all turned out. They were very good at showing up consistently and trying to get our project done as quickly as possible. Roger is a perfectionist!! Everything had to be perfect, and it is! If you are looking for a contractor who is punctual, does good work, and is likable then call him. We really appreciated his help on this project.
