EXCELLENCE IN HOUSEKEEPING

This company is borderline criminal. Apparently it takes 2 housekeepers 7.25 hours to clean 800 square feet. When you first book an initial appointment the owner Renee give you a quote of $35 an hour. Seems reasonable! I've had several cleaners come to clean my house, and most take 1.5 - 2 hours total with one person so I thought this would be a reasonable price for a home cleaning. Boy was I mistaken. When I got the bill I could not believe how many hours I was being billed for. How is it possible that it takes this long to clean if the workers are moving at a reasonable pace?
Oh, I should also mention that the housecleaners broke my blinds and left the shower head nozzle tilted towards the ceiling which resulted in flooding my bathroom when I went to take a shower.
I will not use them again!

What sets them apart is that they have a team of four that clean for an hour. I technically get 4 hours of service for the time of one.

Great experience and services

The team is timely, consistent and extremely attentive to detail.  The pricing ($150) is significantly lower than Molly Maids; and Maid Brigade (who quoted $250 - $450) for cleaning.  I use the team once a month, and my house shines whenever they visit.

Overall, they are great. I've had other cleaning services in the past. I'd see different faces every few weeks and usually the quality degrades over time. Not so with Excellence in Housekeeping. Renee has the same reliable, professional crew week-in and week-out. Plus, she's almost always accompanying them, making sure everything is done just right. Excellence in Housekeeping provides a great service and is worth every penny! I totally trust the crew.
