It was early Saturday morning, a very cold January one, and the furnace went out. It had been working so much because of the cold snap that the motor seized up! I called and left a message on the company's answering machine and prayed for a miracle (since they only work Monday through Friday). Low and behold I call back and they would be out soon! Charlie Nesler came out, assessed the damage, went back and researched the installation (8 yrs ago) and found out it was still under warranty, scheduled a revisit with parts, and a day or two later - we were warm again. Words can't describe how fabulous this company is. The professionalism and calming nature of the whole team is just incredible. From the callback to the message to Charlie's visit letting you know you are in the best hands was so wonderful - we wish all company's worked this way. We always though we selected the "BEST" company to install our furnace and heat pump (with yearly visits for checkups) - now we know it is true. If you want peace of mind, great work, and a company that is there in good times and bad - Anderson Nesler Co. is the best there is! Thanks everyone!!

I had received several estimates from other gas and heat companies in the local area approx 6 months ago before deciding with Anderson Nesler.  The main reason I chose them was because they had the best price for the type of gas furnace I was looking for (95% efficient with variable speed).  When you factor in the rebate for the furnace, they were at least $500 below the nearest competitor. Once I made my appt for the install, they were punctual and professional during the entire project.  I was able to use my existing thermostat and they even adjusted the main ceiling vent opening to eliminate the whispering sound during the initial test of the furnace.   They did a great job cleaning up afterwards and highly recommend this company.  So far the furnace has been working without any problems and it's much quieter than my old one.

I called the day before and they returned my call quickly. Very nice person who set up the appointment. They gave an approximate time and I am happy to say he was early. Very professional. He looked at the thermostat first and went from there. It happened to be a blown fuse. He replaced that and serviced the furnace and heat pump. This all took less then an hour. I will call them again and recommend to anyone looking for this service. I paid $145.50 for everything. I give this company an A plus. Friendly, good and And quick!!!!

I chose Anderson Nessler not only because theirs was the lowest bid, but I liked the honesty of Charlie Nessler.  He explained how a heat pump works and the installation process to me.  On the day of installation, they were on time and worked steadily.  My situation was unique in that the existing furnace was in the attic and the crawl space was not large enough to get the old furnace out and the new one in.  Charlie recommended a solution which was much more acceptable than cutting a new access and making a huge mess in my home.  When the job was completed, Charlie explained the use of the new thermostat and how to get the most efficient use from the heat pump.  There was not one problem; everyone was friendly and courteous; and the work was perfect.  I am so happy with my new heating/cooling system and would recommend this company without reservation.  They were an excellent company to do business with.

They were very knowledgable and professional. The service was performed quickly and efficiently and we are very happy with the results. The company followed up on our satisfaction weeks after installation to insure that everything was to our liking. We would definitely use them again.

Charlie and his team were prompt and very informative. He was good about keeping me updated on the progress. My family and I are very private people and picky about who comes Into our homes. We get a little stressed when we have major projects such as these installations done. Charlie and his team were relaxed and informative throughout the entire process and I was very comfortable having them here. I have two very vocal German Shepherds who don't care for new people in their home but they had no problem with Charlie, Scott and Dustin. They were so patient with them and put up with a lot of noise thought the kitty door into the garage! 
My most recent experience with Charlie was that my system needed annual service. I work a not so normal schedule and he was so prompt and accommodating when I called. He called me back straight away and came out the same day. He and Dustin got things cleaned up and working better than ever. My shepherds totally appreciated that since they are now accustomed to 65 degrees around the clock! 
Charlie has also made a few calls to check the system after installation at no charge. Very impressed. I also have to give kudos to Sean Aker, the electrician who wired up my system. He has the same awesome work ethic as Charlie. I have recommended them to several people with great results for them too!

Anderson Nesler installed our heating/cooling system when we built our house 5 years ago.  Since then we have had them out to service our equipment and make some minor repairs on occasion.  Charlie even came out once (at no charge) to explain to me how to get the most efficiency out of the system since it was so different from the old one we had at our previous house.  Where can you find service like that?  I cannot say enough good things about this company. Everyone I have worked with has been very professional and prompt to respond to any questions or concerns.  I have referred Anderson Nesler to my friends and family, and have heard nothing but fabulous reviews from those that have hired them.  I HIGHLY recommend Anderson Nesler for your HVAC work, I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Three cheers for Team Nesler! Charlie, Dustin, Scott, Sean and Jake arrived at the scheduled time; They were prepared for the job, and completed the entire installation in a day. No one entered the house without first putting on 'booties', and they spread clean tarps over each work area. I actually think the house was cleaner after they left than before. These were the most courteous, professional and responsive contractors ever in our house. Not only that, but I had a lot of questions, some of which I asked more than once, in order to understand how heat pumps work. No question was off limits, and each one was answered to my satisfaction. Today the last of the county inspectors signed off on the work; both said the installation was done very well.

I had Charlie give me an estimate for an A/C unit R2 and also a heat pump. The problem I had was a leaking coil from my A/C unit. They came in at a lower price bid then most others I had an estimate from. I called Charlie and they did the heat pump, while Scott and Charlie were doing the work Scott found some sheet metal damage to my flue and fixed it at no additional charge. I really appreciate all that they did. They were first class and very trust worthy people.

I initially hired Anderson Nesler to service an aged furnace, and was pleased to find that the service rep was highly experiended and familiar with my unique system.  During that initial visit I learned that they also handle hot water tank replacments so I asked for a bid to compare against one I had already recieved from a plumber.  Charlie provided a more competitive bid, and since my initial experience was positive, I had them take care of the water tank.  They did terrific work on both occassions...I will not hesitate to give these guys a call for future needs.

Charlie Nesler & company did a fantastic job on a number of fronts. He was recommended to us by our general contractor and performed all work beyond our expectations. With his bid, he recommended a mid-priced furnace and told us why the more expensive model (which he would have had more profit on) would not be as good for our house. After beginning the work, Charlie discovered several areas of our heating ducts that needed replaced, which they did promptly and at no extra charge. Charlie determined our air intake to the furnace was inadequate for the size of our house and installed a larger intake, again as part of the original bid. They took their time to insulate all of the pipes that were previously not insulated and caused heat loss. Charlie followed up with us after the work was performed to see if we had any questions and find out how the new furnace was performing. With the heat pump, our gas bills have dramatically gone down and our house was much warmer than it had previously been. Charlie made sure we had all our paperwork in order in order to get a manufacturer's rebate.Several months later, I had Charlie come out and install a natural gas line for our new outdoor grill. I mentioned a gas smell we'd experienced in the last couple days and they found a bad gas line to our indoor fireplace, replaced the line as well as the on/off flow valve that was originally installed incorrectly by another company. Again, excellent service.This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This was the third time we have used this company. We have dealt with many contractors in the past, and this is one of the best and most trustworthy we have come across. Each time they have been prompt in arriving, and have resolved the issue quickly. My husband and I would highly recommend this company.
