They were very professional and polite and punctual. The company did charge me an extra $65 for the gutter cleaning, which I was not expecting. Apparently, the deal only goes up to 1800 sq ft, and my house is 1849, so that was a little disappointing. But the technicians were thorough and I would hire them again.

We had them clean our carpets throughout our entire house. We are very pleased with the results! Julio was fast but efficient and very friendly. I loved that they were far more affordable than other companies and were able to fit us in the same week I called. Great family owned business, I will certainly use them again.

Quick response to schedule appointment following initial contact for service. Service was done the following day. Provider very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very considerate, polite. Was very careful within the home with regard to the use of his bulky equipment. Quality was good only because the process was wet and stinky. Result was very good in that carpet looked clean following procedure. Met my expectations. Dry time expected is 4 to 6 hours.

Excellent. I am very pleased with the quality of the cleaning. The operator was pleasant, friendly and very obliging. He removed some nasty stains and the carpet, albeit about 15 years old, looks like new. I highly recommend this company.

It went extremely well. I called to schedule my deal ASAP and they were able to come out the next day. Julio gave me a phone call about 30 minutes before he arrived. He was about 15 minutes earlier than our scheduled time. He was very professional-checked out what needed to be done first and then got to it. He was able to get a few spots out with no additional charges. He was done quickly and made sure I looked everything over before he left. I would definitely use Spot On again.

Julio was FANTASTIC. We have used Spot On many times and have referred them to friends. They are always on time, professional, fast, no upwelling, and very reasonable.
