It was an excellent service. They did a good job, price was reasonable and I used them before.

I've used them before. He's a one-man company and doesn't have the high overhead like other companies, so his prices are lower. He does a good job.

The gas leak was repaired by Jeff and his crew and he did a fantastic job. Not only telling us the cause of the leak but also repairing it in the quickest fashion possible all the while keeping things orderly. Our yard although needing to be torn up was put back exactly as prior to the leak by Jeff even replanting plants for both us and the neighbors. In fact our neighbors even commented on what a nice job he did in making everything look the same. The repair work itself was also done well and he was very professional. He even followed up to make sure our gas was turned back on via phone calls and text. I would highly recommend Jeff for any gas repairs you need done. He knows his stuff and has the correct tools for the job.

Jeff was on time and got the problem fixed after ordering parts. He was friendly and courteous.

They were  able to come out the same day we called. Another highly rated plumber on Angie's list gave us a 2 1/2 week time to wait! The Resolute plumber came out that very afternoon, with a helper, and replaced and repaired the drainpipes under our kitchen sink. They were professional and courteous. We were very happy with their service and promptness. It's very nice to know the job was done right.

The company was wonderful.  I would use them again in a heart beat.

NOTE:  I am NOT sure about the price.  It could be double that.   I have a general contractor who retained and paid Jeff Neil for everything but the exterior faucet.  (Waiting for bill on that but it should be about $275.  He piped from the inside the house to the exterior so you don't have to worry about freezing pipes, etc.  I felt that was reasonable once I understood the time/materials involved.)  
     Jeff returned multiple times as we progressed through a kitchen/bathroom/pantry/laundry room remodel.  He was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, and highly responsive.  
     
     We have exposed bathroom plumbing because we put in a tiled shelf to hold a travertine bowl as the wash basin.  Oh, and it was higher than normal because my husband is tall and we raised the shelf to be comfortable for him without regard to where the original plumbing was.  Jeff did a gorgeous job with oil-rubbed bronze piping such that we don't mind that is exposed.  (I was expecting to have to try and spray paint ordinary silver colored piping.)   He also took special care when attaching the travertine bowl to the travertine tile on the shelf.   
   We had a problem with a channel drain I'd purchased had some of its oil-rubbed bronze coating lifted off when we removed ordinary painter's tape placed to protect it during grouting.  The drain was already grouted in....   Jeff spent time helping me figure out how best to deal with it even though it wasn't an issue with any product he provided or workmanship.  (Ultimately the only solution was to tear it out and put in a new one.  Ferguson Plumbing and the manufacturer Acco had originally offered a replacement which I'd rejected seeking to maybe just spray paint it, etc...  I wasted a lot of my own time researching alternatives even though the manufacturer had been in immediate replacement mode.  My fault!  Once I accepted their professional judgment and said yes to the new one, it was immediately shipped and they even provided a partial refund that was ample to cover the labor/material costs of tearing out the old and installing the new one.)  
     Everything looks and works fine.  No leaks.  Good housekeeping when cleaning up after himself.    We are asking him back to help install a gas heater in the workshop attached to the garage.

Jeff came out one day and moved the water lines so that the condo was only without water for a minimal time. Once we replaced the joists, he returned and re-routed the water lines for us.

Jeff was super professional during this small job. He actually sized up the situation, and came up with an alteranl plan to what i had in mind. His way turned out to be more efficient, more cost effective, and faster. He and his helper went right to work and cleaned everthing up when finished. Jeff is a good communicator, and explained well what is going on. I have already asked for a quote on a second unrelated project.

Jeff is Awesome!  We are selling our home and an inspector noticed our leaky hot water heater.  I immediately called Resolute Plumbing and he came out to our home the same day.  He was knowledgeable and friendly and had our new hot water heater installed the next day.

Very well. Was able to fit me in same day.  Was efficient, clean, and very pleasant.  I was appreciative of how quickly he worked and didn't turn the job into something more complicated than it had to be.  He chose the simplest most effective way to fix problem.  This shows his intelligence and ethics.

He was very professional. He seemed like he cared about us and our stuff. Not disturbing anything. He went right to work. He was very clean. We just thought, he wasn't the typical plumber. To me he seemed a notch above and was very personable as well. He called to tell us when he was going to show up and it was pretty much in that time frame.

Resolute Plumbing re-piped my entire home starting from the city water main connection all the way back through the house. The business owner, Jeff Neil, gave me a detailed proposal of work and cost. He obtained permits, did everything on time and charged the agreed price. The work and cleanup was impeccable and I wasn't expected to make final payment until after city inspectors approval.  Since then, Resolute has become my go-to plumbing source.
