Matt called back quickly and over the phone he gave me an estimate for the cost of rebuilding my house's chimney. I had sent a couple of photos of the chimney. As he was coming over to the area for another job, he ended up stopping by and got a good look at the chimney - it would be easier to rebuild it than tuck-pointing it. He sent me a quote in email, which I agreed to, and he arranged to come over on the next non-raining day. They came as promised on the day, set up scaffolding and did the work efficiently. Good work, good communication and nice price.

Working with Matt at NW Cutting Edge Masonry was a wonderful experience. He was very knowledgeable, quick to respond and helped provide some great ideas for our patio and exterior. We had a terrible red deck and he was able to create a design that maximized our space and looked great. It turned out even better than we hoped!

We recently had our brick patio cleaned and repaired by NW Cutting Edge Masonry. The mortar was cracking and some of the bricks were falling apart. I was not sure what all would be needed to make it look like new or how much it would cost, but Matt (the owner of NW Cutting Edge Masonry) knew just what to do and the best part was that it was within my price range. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Matt was super good about communicating. He kept me informed by email and always emailed me back right away. They did a really nice job and came in under their estimate (which already was less than the other estimates I had received). They got the job done soon after they bid it and it took less time than expected. They were very professional, kept everything neat and tidy, and it looks great! They were very prompt and really made it all very easy. They are in Mill Creek, but didn't hesitate to take our job in Enumclaw. I have since recommended them to several other people. I did not realize when I started looking and asking around how hard it was to find people dedicated to doing good brick masonry work. If that is what you are looking for, you should definitely contact Matt.

We got a quote from Matt and hired him for the job. ?He is polite and professional. ?We set a date and he came the day before to deliver materials and set up tools and scaffolding. He was on time, worked hard and did an amazing job. ?He cleaned up after himself and left us with any surplus materials. ?He wasn't the lowest bid we got, but we were more comfortable with him than others we talked to. ?He is very hard working and happy to provide references. ?I've seen pictures of other work he's done and it's beautiful. ? I would definitely recommend this company and will call them first when I need work done. ?He also does tile work.
