MOLE PATROL

We had a great experience with the Mole Patrol. They were very professional and did a great job removing our moles. We called the Mole Patrol after unsuccessfully trying to get rid of a mole that consistently was destroying our yard. They set traps at places we would have never guessed were active areas and killed the mole. Unfortunately, 8 weeks later a new group of moles moved into our yard. The Mole Patrol has a great guarantee and waived the setup fee for our second infestation of moles. The Mole Patrol promptly came out and took care of our 2nd round of moles. Within a day of laying the traps all mole activity had stopped and a week later it was confirmed that all moles were dead. The Mole Patrol’s mole removal procedure was easy, convenient, didn’t disrupt our lives, and didn’t take any time from us. The technicians quietly arrived in our backyard, set the traps, and then a week later the traps were gone, and flags were left indicating where Moles had been killed. We really appreciated that we didn’t have to make sure we were home when the Mole technician came – this freed us up during the day to focus on our work and schedules. The Mole Patrol technicians also took great care of our yard, which we deeply appreciated. The traps are set very safely (with a protective covering over the traps) and the dirt and grass preserved to be replaced once the traps are removed. We highly recommend using the Mole Patrol and found it the easiest and most effective way to remove moles from our yard.

Emailed, talked on the phone, then it was arranged. One day, the traps were in the yard. After a couple of weeks, there was a flag where one of the traps was set. They had caught a mole. Several days later, I got the email with my invoice. Everything was exactly as specified. All in all, a very nice transaction.

They already caught one and put a flag where it was so I could inspect the carnage. They are a great company! I have no complaints with their service. They are always careful about our gates so our dogs don't get loose.
