This company was the subcontractor that installed windows I bought from Home Depot Home Services. They did a great job, and I couldn't be more happier with the work they did. The installers were punctual, respectful, and accomodating (I had three cats and a dog that had to be shifted to different secure areas). I had no reservations about having them in the house. They cleaned up the work site every night. Two small dings happened to windows frames during installation and a handle was omitted, but they were very responsive and worked with HD to get the replacements ordered. I recommend them, and plan to use them in future projects.

Eric Hamre (salesman) convinced us to have him out to bid the job when I thought we had enough bids and were ready to decide.. We are glad we did. Eric was pleasant, down to earth and knew his stuff when it came to windows, manufacturers and installations. We also met Dave Pascoe (owner/installer) when he came out for final measuring and he assured us that he would be on the job doing the work. They were in the middle of changing the company name from Horizon View Windows and Doors to Mill Creek Home Improvements and we were a little uneasy about all of that. We needn't have been. Our install date was pushed back twice but it was due to Milguard's problems with delivery due to the snow and then to the fact that they made and delivered the wrong windows the first time and they had to be remade. The day of the install the weather was just rotten, but Dave and his assistant showed up anyway. The job was finished in the 2 days promised. They were easy to have around and cleaned up after themselves. The workmanship looks great, the windows are level, well caulked and tight. We were appreciative of the fact that Dave replaced the sills and trim on the outside of 4 of the windows when I think originally he had thought he would only do 2 of them. I believe that he went ahead and did the 4 because he takes pride in his work and wanted to do the job right. We are very glad that we chose Mill Creed Home Improvements to do this job. We would have no problem highly recommending this company to friends and family.
