As I began the process of selling my condo, I was unsure what to expect. I've had a great experience working with Jeff. He really knows the market and he is one of the most responsive and hardest working people I've ever worked with. He works around the clock and is always watching for good opportunities to save you money. Perhaps most importantly, Jeff is a very trustworthy and honest person. He doesn't try to push a property on you just to get a commission; he really tries hard to find the right property for you. He recommended I walk away from 3-4 properties that were showing red flags, and I'm very thankful to him for that advice. I plan on buying more properties with Jeff in the future, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking into the Washington real estate market.

Our house has not been for sale since last October- it was pulled off the market the same day it went on - by us. On purpose. For the last three months we have been contacted incessantly via phone and mail by realtors looking to sell our home. We are not interested and have had our number removed from the MLS. This guy, however, felt it necessary to show up at our property and debate this with us in person. He was told several times that we are not interested and that we would appreciate it if he would please leave. Several times. He tried to claim he had a cash offer. We told him we are not interested and again asked him to leave. Again. Finally he got back in his car and started shouting things out the window - like thanks for being nice and why don't you just take a picture. Not sure what he wanted us to take a picture of, but he came to our house uninvited to solicit services we don't want. We will not be doing any business with this man.

Jeff was patient during 6 mo when we watched market and gathered finances. Very quick when we were ready to go. Price under listing, good knowledge. Bad-occasionally misspelled [member name removed]
