Their pricing structure is awesome - the options are by the size of your house and not how many hours they think it might take.
I experienced hi quality customer service from the time I set up my appointment until I received a follow up phone call the next day (you know Nordstrom employees always expect impeccable customer service).
Last but not least all the products they use are environmentally friendly and my house smelled great when I walked in the door!
