The survey was done and we received the Elevation Certificate, but it was incomplete.
Despite many phone calls and emails, and promises from Carol Crane that she would get her surveyor, Dave "onto it", we still have not received the completed Certificate. I even explained that our Flood premium would be pro-rated from the day the insurance company received the Certificate so every day was costing us money.
We have now had to hire another company to do this work and are $850 out of pocket, not to mention the Flood Insurance premium which can't be reduced until we have the completed certificate.
