Better Build Inc.

Better Build did an excellent job on my extremely large house remodel. The 2800 sq. ft. house had all but 2 rooms touched, with major structural changes, and the project was finished within the extremely reasonable budget. I would hire Better Build again for work around my house.

I was 100% satisfied. They were very understandable. They were kind. They did what you wanted them to do. They were very polite. They were good people.

Rob was excellent in returning phone calls and text in a timely manner. He was so easy to work with and his price was very reasonable. Abbey and his helper did a great job in taking off the old roof and putting on the new roof. They worked long hours despite the 80+ degrees hot weather and they got the job done in one week! We were more than happy with everything and we highly recommend Rob and Abbey.

I've used this contractor in the past because he gave an exceptionally competitive price.  He has now proved himself to me twice with the lowest price, excellent workmanship, and overall professionalism with regard to working to his estimate and not giving me any unpleasant surprises.  I give the man points for integrity and getting the job done right the first time.

He replaced walls, painted, replaced two vinyl floors and removed part of my padding under my carpet and reattached the carpeting and also replaced baseboards. The scheduing was terrible... he would call me at the last minute and sometimes would have to stay until 9pm at night.  The paint that the painter put on my bathroom and bedrooms walls was not the color that I had originally chosen.  The baseboard in the bedroom did not match the ones in the bathroom and the baseboards in the bathroom were painted with a flat paint which I felt should have been painted semi or high gloss.  He also never replaced the transition strip between my carpet and vinyl areas. I had advised him of this and he never got around to doing it.  Also he had delayed scheduled for my flooring to be replaced for an extended amount of time and due to water damage and black mold being found.  He wanted to delay putting new flooring down until a later date and after bleaching had been done, so I had to go a long time without a bathroom floor.  My neighbor upstairs had their repairs done by another contractor and only took two weeks to complete, where mine took several months.
