They ended up not installing the type of thermostats they said they would in the initial contract. The ones they were going to install allowed day and night settings, but the ones we ended up with are simple ones that just have a single temperature setting. Also, they did not mention or mitigate the risk of the floors warping with the underfloor heat. Some warping of our wood floors has occurred. The system was okay through the winter, but now that there are warm days, problems are manifesting. The system's thermostats are set to 55F but it keeps running and heating a couple of the zones. The house has turned into a sweatbox. Those rooms are just inexplicably running even though the thermostat shows that the room temperature is 78F and the thermostat is set for 55F. Those rooms are running for hours and hours each day for no reason. Very quick to blame the customer for the system not working and does not stand by work or warranty: threatened to charge $900 if they came out and determined that there was 'nothing wrong.' I guess if the system is designed to completely ignore the thermostats' setting then it's working fine. Afraid to contact them further because there's no way I can know if they'll determine that I'm somehow at fault and try to charge me money. The system came with a one year warranty, but I feel that they are attempting to scare me off instead of standing by their work. That tactic is working, but leaves me very unsatisfied as a customer.

I was very happy with them, they were reasonably priced and they were able to do the project without it being a huge process.
