Excellent work; my light-colored carpets are refreshed and clean. The owner, Kyle, was personable, professional, an pleasant to work with.

The cleaner arrived on time and did all the work he said he would at the price we agreed on. He worked hard on the spots and trouble areas. The carpet was dry very quickly. I will absolutely use him again and recommend him to my friends. Just call Kyle at Renaissance Carpet Care.

I wasn't sure how well the stains would come out, but after Renaissance finished, the carpets were spotless--even the stairs which were had large stains in the middle of the stairs due to foot traffic.
I realize that stains will come back if the underlying problem is in the carpet pad, but I'm very pleased with the cleaning that was accomplished. The price was right as well. Highly recommended.
