Piano Tuning
I forgot the first appointment and wasn't home when she came and when I talked to her later, she graciously rescheduled with me. (I had gotten her name from our piano teacher.) She was very competent; she had learned the business from her grandfather. Her father owned a piano store. She has knowledge that extends beyond tuning, she can repair and regulate as well. Ali is young and energetic and, if I buy a new (used) piano, I will have her examine it first...something she does quite often.
