It was a great experience. They actually have someone to answer the phones right away (a problem I found with other pest control companies--always leaving a message but then no call back.) I told her my issue, she gave me a price and set us up to have someone out the next day. Matt, our service technician, was friendly and a pleasure to work with. He got right to work and took the time to explain what he was doing...and why. I feel I got a good job at a very reasonable price. I'll definitely use them again for any issues on pest control.

Went very well. Compared to other vendors that had a hard sell attitude and want me to take on a 1-2 service contract, these guys were fine with a one-time visit, and guaranteed for 60 days. Professional and took care of businesses with no upsell pressure.

Pest Fighters was the only firm that could commit to providing an estimate within the (short) needed time frame. Scheduling the actual work did not go as smoothly as I would have liked--Adam, who schedules the work I needed, did not return my calls. Nevertheless, I got on their calendar, the work was performed to my satisfaction, the price was right, and Jeremy smoothed over any rough spots. I was extremely pleased with the information I received from Jeremy about what would be done and when, what was happening with a previously unidentified ant problem, as well as structural defects that needed attention. He was pleasant, trustworthy, and easy to work with. The price was right, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. In fact, I will probably contract for routine maintenance from this firm.

I was very unimpressed with the service we received.  The service was questionable and they were hard to schedule.

Despite having a monthly service agreement, they rarely came each month.
When they did show up - they did not complete the services for which they charged me (i.e. put bait in all the rodent bait stations and spray back yard).
Worst of all is that they charged me for prior monthly services that never took place!! My property is locked and they are supposed to call before each visit. If they don't call - they don't get in - so it is real easy for me to keep track.
Seemed like it could be a simple miscommunication - but they never returned any of my four phone calls or emails to discuss the issue.
There is a r eal issue with integrity. There are too many options out there to spend your money with these folks.

We had an ant problem that just would not go away. One treatment by Pest Fighter took care of those pesky moisture ants. Great job and efficiently done.

It went well. I had used them in the past so I was happy about finding a Big Deal for them.

I called in the morning and they were able to fit me in the same day. They showed up when they said they would. They treated me with professional courtesy. They worked quickly and they were thorough. In my discussions with them, it was apparent they knew what they were doing and were able to provide all the information I needed about the insecticide they were using. I felt good about doing business with them. I think I got good value for the money.

I would definitely use this service again. Was very impressed with the knowledge of pests he shared with me, so I could understand how ants live and what to look for. He had a great sense of humor, was professional, efficient and even warned me about what to look for and when to know if the treatment needed to be repeated.
The treatment did not need to be repeated. It was effective, thorough and we had no problems. We are buying a new house and we will definitely use their services to avoid pest problems and keep our home maintained. This was the second service we tried and this one is the winner!

I was not too satisfied. He came out and he identified the problem but he said that what I was doing was good enough well if that was true, I wouldn't have called them because it wasn't good enough. So he went away and virtually didn't too much of anything. He didn't spray anything or didn't take care of my problems. He didn't really do too much. I never called them back and I wouldn't use them again. He was a nice man. There's nothing to do with his niceness, it had to do with his professionalism and how much he gave me which was nothing. He came out quickly.

The gentleman was running late but he called to make sure that wasn't going to be a problem. When he arrived, he was very friendly and helpful to identify what sprays we needed around our house. He was very professional and would use their service again.

We dealt with Adam and he was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable. And gave us a fair price.

Within a couple of days, our ant invasion was done. They didn't return for over a year.

They come out every 120 days to repeat the service. It's easy. If I see more spiders in the house, I call them and they come right out. I know I can call them for anything and they will respond quickly

There was some confusion about the price of the job and whether or not it was paid. They said that it wasn't so I checked and I couldn't tell and paid them.

What a relief! My neighbors were plagued by carpenter ants so I called Pest Fighter, LLC, which was recommended on Angie's List. They were able to come out right away. Johhny did a full inspection of my home including the dreaded crawl space. He was very honest, telling me he saw no signs of ants or other pests. He answered all my questions and gave me advice and suggestions on what to look for in the future and how to better protect my home. The pest control barrier seems to have worked because now, 6 months later, still no evidence of pests! Thank you, Pest Fighter! I will definitely use this company again.

Service was great. Technician showed up on time and treated our house inside and out. No signs of any insects so far.

They came in within the same day. They also bent over backwards to make sure that the work was completed. They even stayed longer than regular work hours. They were very friendly and I no longer have any ants.
