Dana is a pro! We are hiring him and his team to come and install wood throughout after just having our kitchen refinished awhile back. Quality craftsmanship!

I am not sure why our experience was so poor considering their generally high ratings, but I definitely would not recommend this business to anyone. I work in construction and am familiar with working with contractors, particularly ones who maybe are not the most responsive, but this was unusually bad. There were significant delays, poor coordination, the team did not do everything we agreed to, but when I asked for a price adjustment to reflect the work actually done (at that point, I just wanted them to leave), Dana said they did extra work (that we did not agree to) so we should still pay the amount from the original quote. It still irks me to this day because they seemed to be a reputable business, but that was not my experience at all. Again, really not sure what happened, but I do not think I would risk using them again because it was so bad.

I heard from others that hard wood refinishing is a dusty process, but however after looking at their website and assurance from Dana that they use dustless modern machines for their work, I decided to go with them. His price was very competitive and I even ended up in getting water based finish as an upgrade for the same quote as Swedish finish. Dana is very responsive and clears any doubts you may have. Dana and his crew started the project on time, finished per schedule and did an excellent job. My hardwood floor looks better than a new one, happy that I decided to refinish instead of replacing . Would highly recommend

We worked with Dana and his team on solid wood floor installation in living room to match our old wood floor in the kitchen; and solid wood floor installation in the bedroom. Dana is very knowledgeable and explain all the details to us before the project. The crew on site have advanced tools and did an awesome job. We really appreciate Danaâ s team used Greenguard water based flow finish to reduce the toxic chemical in the house. The finished floor looks gorgeous, no chemical small, and very high quality. His team also helped us to fix some our old floor in the kitchen area. Dana is very prompt to reply to all of our questions during the project. We really enjoy working with Dana and his team. Highly recommend to anyone who is interested in having solid wood floor in the house; or repairing solid wood floor.

I was very pleased with Husby Hardwoods' craftsmanship and communications with me as the work progressed.

Dana was not only responsive and easy to work with, but also did a fantastic job refinishing the floors in two of our rooms. You can't see any signs of the splotches that were water damaged and the rooms were left very clean at the end of the project. The flush vents look amazing, and overall we're very happy with the results.

We are very happy with the work Dana and his team did in sanding and refinishing our wood flooring. We have not always had good experiences with HomeAdvisor's matching pros, and getting me to sit down and write a review is almost as likely as my participating in a Nielson television ratings survey (not likely!). Husby Hardwoods is the real deal - they are customer focused professionals, and the project did not break the bank. Our floors look fantastic. Dana's team was especially accommodating in moving some large furniture to clear the floors before starting their sanding, as well as dealing with a somewhat hectic household of three humans and several pets. If you need your hardwoods refinished, use these guys. You won't be disappointed.

We are just delighted with our wood floors! They look like new; no, they look even better than when they were new (30 years ago). We were very impressed with their workmanship, and the professional way they attended to every detail. The Bona method they used is far superior to the old Swedish finish; thatâ s why I say they look even better than when they were new. We only had to be out of the house about 10 hours on the day they applied the finish, which was easy for us to do without having to check into a hotel or anything. With the dustless system they use, there is minimal dust, too! We are enjoying just looking at our beautiful wood floors. They are like a work of art! Thank you again, Dana and crew!

Dana and his team were excellent. They worked with our time constraint and did a fabulous job. They restored our original fir floors to their original state. We would definitely recommend them for other jobs!

I'm amazed at how beautiful our kitchen and entryway hall floors look now. Everyone says, "Oh, you got new floors installed". Work was done on time and with minimal mess and the cost was very reasonable.
