I have several emails confirming an appointment I had for cleaning and they didn't call or show up at all. All of my phone calls and voicemails have gone unanswered. This seriously inconvenienced me because I had scheduled this cleaning for preparing my home for my return after having house sitters. Extremely disappointing and pricing isn't anything great for what they offered to do in the 3 hour time frame.

The automated process is not without some problems, but the generally make things right when a problem arises. Free pick up and delivery to my door is a real plus!!!

They are great! They have been extremely professional and friendly. I have never had any issues, and the service is incredible. They even repaired a ripped seam at no charge, and they did a great job with it.
