They explained the process and made it very easy for me. They told me what I needed to do, what they would do, and what the project schedule was. They also discussed after care of my new floors.

They have lowered our bid and gave us excellent service. John was very responsive. He came and did the work and worked really hard. The job was done very efficiently and was good quality work. Even after the job was done, he still willingly stops by and answers questions that I have. I would recommend him to anybody.
