AMERICAN BATHTUB REFINISHERS & REMODELERS

My overall experience was ok. WE set up the work about 3 weeks in advance, & they were responsive & helpful on the phone. Their price was expensive to me, but that seems to be the going price. The day before the work was to be accomplished, they called to cancel because one person quit & 2 others were going on vacation. This was the day before Memorial Day Weekend. I set it up on that day so I could be out of the house on vacation. They made a good effort to find a replacement "Advanced Refinishing", Kirk Canfield for the same day & the same price. He did a good job, was on time, & professional for the same quoted price of $599. I got to do the clean up, the smell was atrocious (I worried about the toxicity, but was told it was not toxic!??) & lasted for more than a week. We are still airing out the bathroom.

WE WERE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DID A BAD JOB THE FIRST TIME WITH RUNS IN THE PAINT. THEN TRYING TO GET THEM TO COME BACK OUT AND FIX IT TOOK FOR EVER. THEY WOULD SAY THEY WERE COMING AND NEVER CAME. FINALLY THEY FIXED IT.
