The work done by Loni, the owner, and his team was impeccable. They were responsive, punctual, consultative and overall worked like it was their own property they were servicing. The condo needed a lot of work, from flooring, to painting, to some electrical and cosmetic changes. Loni was on the case in every way. He was patient with all the requests thrown at him, and very detailed with explanations and the quality of work. We ended up using his services for more than what he originally sign up for, such as electrical work in changing some very old light fixtures and changing the wall layout of the lighting in the kitchen. Loni went above and beyond to make sure the work was done in the best way and we were happy.
Another thing that stood out was how he worked at establishing trust, and how they let the quality of work show that. We will use them again for our kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Very happy we found them!!!

There were many issues that came up on this 1953 built house, complex project and Loni was a valuable asset. I would recommend All Remodeling and Landscaping / Loni Moreno to anyone considering a contractor. The project was on schedule, on time, on budget and I was very pleased with the job done. He is a great problem solver, very professional and pays attention to details. I would hire him again.

Loni was wonderful. His work is meticulous. He is professional, skilled, knowledgable, trustworthy, courteous, clean, and punctual. He has been an invaluable asset to our remodel and we plan to use him for "phase 2" coming up this spring. I simply don't know what we would have done without him!
