Appliance Repair
$750
we needed a new ice maker which we agreed to have installed ($493.88).  One month later the exact same problem occured with the freezer (freezing of the water line).  The same repairman came out and said we now needed a water dual valve and drain line kit which he replaced (352.97).  Two weeks later the ice maker is again frozen and not working.  The same repairman said we now need a  new temperature control for the water ($100).   In my opinion, this company is a total scam and the repairman did not have a clue how to repair Viking appliances.  I feel we were duped and never needed an ice maker to begin with.  I would never refer this company nor do I intend to give them any more money!
