The process was smooth and fun. They reviewed minor changes with sample drawings to explore how it would look, and visited the house to see what would be required to work there. I had to get a contractor to re-finish the wall to make it suitable for taking a painting/mural, but that went smoothly and then they came and put the mural on the wall over a five day period. I purchased and paid for and had delivered to my home, all the paint and materials they specified. The costs for materials were 830 dollars, and that is their normal way of doing business. The customers buys the materials in advance to their specifications and once on site they show up and do the work. After completion, I paid them the same day (their terms) for the work they did. Un-used materials are boxed and kept by the consumer (me) so that any re-touching can be done with the same exact color mixes in the future. Well done, very considerate and well thought out process.
